The main purpose of this system is to effectively classify the trash that is frequently contacted in daily life, such as iron cans, aluminum cans, PET bottles, Tetra Pak, glass bottles, etc., to facilitate subsequent recycling operations. This system intends to use the physical characteristics of the above recyclable resources, such as conductivity, magnetism, weight, shading, friction and other factors, and install the corresponding detector on the Arduino microcontroller. At the same time, we use the LinkIt7697 cloud to monitor the quantity of various recycled resources and the temperature of the operating environment. Under appropriate conditions, the resource recycling system can be turned on or off through the cloud. We want to design a resource recovery system that saves labor costs and has high efficiency, high accuracy classification and remote monitoring through Wi-Fi. Introducing the concept of energy saving in the design process, the system is not necessary to use electricity, and try to use the physical characteristics of the object itself to achieve the purpose of classification. Especially, at the end of the test, a spring with a low elastic coefficient is used to sidt PET bottles and glass bottles. We hope that our ideas and design models can make a considerable contribution to the concept of recycling resources and energy-saving concept implanted system design in the future.
