The Automated Emergency Alert Device (AEAD) is a solar-powered support system that monitors an elder’s medication schedule and vital signs at all times, if an abnormality such as failing to take the medication on time, falling, etc. was detected, the AEAD would immediately flash bright lights and signal the caretaker’s device, which is connected to the AEAD.
