The invention is about obtaining a hemodialysis membrane with a dual role – treatment for chronic kidney disease by filtering the blood of patients with this medical condition and the treatment of liver cancer for patients who, in addition to chronic renal failure, also have liver cancer. Both procedures will be performed by the membrane at the same time. Moreover, the amount of oncological drug for the treatment of liver cancer will be directly proportional to the size of the tumor, the discharge of the drug is made from vesicles with supra-molecular architectures that will release the drug (doxorubicin) based on the concentration of α-fetoprotein (tumor marker for liver cancer) in the blood. The dialysis membrane consists of supramolecular architectures based on cyclodextrin derivatives (bound with APTES) functionalized with AFP monoclonal antibody, with built-in doxorubicin, supramolecular architectures having the ability to break in the presence of AFP, thus releasing into the blood the oncological drug, supramolecular architectures made up of the polysulfone membrane, (1) , to whose surface (2) are connected, by means of iminic bonds (3) supramolecular architectures (4) obtained from α-cyclodextrin (4-6% wt.) aminopropyl triethoxy silane (1-3% by mass), doxorubicin (1-3% by mass) (5) and sodium hydroxide (0.1-0.3% by mass) by keeping the solution at 50-70 °C for 12 hours under mechanical agitation with a magnetic stirrer at 400 rpm , and the supramolecular architectures for stimulated release consist of cyclodextrin structures bound with aminopropyl triethoxysilane, which are functionalized on the surface with monoclonal antibody for α-fetoprotein (6) and having embedded the drug – doxorubicin (5). Introduced novelties The problem that the invention solves lies in the use of a dialysis membrane that can treat both chronic kidney disease by hemodialysis and liver cancer by chemotherapy at the same time. The procedure will have a major impact on the quality of life of patients suffering from medical conditions. Solution comparison with the current state of technology The dialysis membrane with the ability of controlled release of doxorubicin for the simultaneous treatment of chronic renal dysfunction and liver cancer, according to the invention, significantly improves medical procedures for the simultaneous treatment of the two diseases.
