INCREASE CORROSION RESISTANCE OF STEEL PRODUCTS WITH DIFFUSION COATING
autorzy: Mariia Romanenko
The work presents the results of studies of the structure, microhardness, corrosion resistance of multicomponent coatings obtained by chromium titanium alitiation of steel 45. Chromium titanium alitiation was carried out in powder mixtures with the participation of chromium, titanium, aluminum, inert additive and activator, at a temperature of 1050°C for 4 hours. It is shown that as a result of the proposed saturation method, multilayer coatings are formed. The total thickness of the obtained coatings is 37.0-45.0 µm. The microhardness of the outer heterogeneous coating layer varies from 6.1 GPa to 11.0 GPa. The hardness of the middle layer of the coating is maximum and reaches 30.0-34.0 GPa. The microhardness of the inner layer reaches 16.5-17.5 GPa. It was determined that the application of chromium titanate-alloyed coatings leads to a decrease in the corrosion rate of steel 45 after 24 hours of testing: in tap water - 5.64 times, in solutions of 0.5% H2SO4 -7.54 times, in 10% solutions of CH3COOH- 53.29
