The Ozone-Chemical hurdle technology reduces coronavirus viral load contaminated on durian fruit. Effectiveness ranges up to 100%, depending on factors such as concentration and holding time. This technology has not been prior reported. It supports the Zero-COVID policy for durian exported to China.
