This has had different results in the social-political arena of European countries, and although the arrival of these immigrants has decreased in recent years, in general, the discourse of anti-immigrant and xenophobia shows an unprecedented growth in the public opinion of European citizens. For example, far-right parties in countries such as Austria and Italy, together with populist politicians in Central European countries, have made the most of this opportunity and have been able to achieve important positions. Currently, the anti-immigrant debate is tied to criticism of Brussels and opposition to the European Union. It should be noted that the experience of European countries in facing this phenomenon is not the same, and according to the geographical conditions, each of them has a different view of this crisis. Despite this, most countries generally want to prevent the entry of asylum seekers into their country. The recent efforts of the heads of European countries to reach a comprehensive solution to face this crisis have not been successful, and many pillars of the European Union, including free movement and the Schengen system, have been exposed to reform and strengthen the supervision and control on the borders. The level of disagreement among the leaders of the European countries in this matter is so great that it has brought some countries in the south and center of the Union, which are on the path of the arrival of asylum seekers, closer to each other against Germany and France. According to the data, the largest volume of arrival of asylum seekers to Europe happened in 2015 A total of 1,015,078 asylum seekers entered this continent. On the other hand, this project has helped a lot. It helps governments to organize and settle immigrants, prevent economic crisis, their employment issue and make them a normal citizen according to the law of their country. Therefore, this plan is intended to be in the form of prefabricated structures in areas between 5 and 10 square meters, which are mobile, and of course these structures are such that the ability to supply the space energy they produce They also have electricity, heating, cooling). The design of these spaces is such that it requires a very small amount of land, so that it can be implemented in a land with an area of 5 square meters.
