ZoP Development and validation of an ICP-OES method for determination of As in solid waste from barite mine

An algorithm for determination of As content in solid waste material from closed barite mine is developed. The method is based on sample digestion and ICP-OES analysis. Toxicity of material and its impact on the environment is assessed using the data obtained by the validated method.
