ZoP A study on the accessibility of kiosks that are easy for the socially disadvantaged to use.

Advances in technology have made it easy for people to access content, but there are various people in the world we live in. In other words, language, body, age, disability, culture, and values are all living in this world. However, although the emergence of new generation of technologies used by the so-called mz generation saves labor costs and changes industrial society rapidly, the socially disadvantaged, the middle-aged, and the elderly are increasingly difficult to access, frequent operating errors, and complicated technology development. In order to solve this problem, the characteristic of the present invention is to study the problem of "kiosks" variously used in the plague food industry and inventions for the accessibility of the socially disadvantaged. First, kiosks are used and applied in a variety of ways, such as ordering, purchasing, and ticketing, through a touch screen expressed as a multimedia station or a self-service station, but the problem of using accessibility must be solved by the socially weak.
