Plaster mortar

The subject of the invention is a plastering mortar with increased strength, adhesive and absorption properties, intended for the production of internal and external plastering on typical construction substrates. It consists of a cement-lime plastering mortar and waste granite flour modifying the properties of the mixture. Granite flour is a waste material generated during the cutting and splitting of granite stones. As a result of the addition of 10% of flour in relation to the weight of the finished dry mortar, the compressive strength increased by 84.33% and the tensile strength by 133.33% compared to the reference test. The highest increase in adhesion was recorded for the Silka substrate and it amounted to 166.67% of the reference value. The value of the absorption coefficient of the mortar with 10% addition of granite flour was 87.5% of the value of the test without the addition. Thus, the absorption properties of the mortar have improved. Undoubtedly, the subject of the invention allows to improve the parameters of cement-lime plaster. The invention is illustrated in the examples Example 1 Composition of the composition: - component A - cement-lime mortar with a bulk density of 1.106 g / cm3 in the amount of 90.90% by weight. Component A consists of: • hydrated lime / calcium hydroxide with a bulk density of 2.4 g / cm3 - in the amount of 16% by weight, • CEM I 32.5 R Portland cement with a bulk density of 3.2 g / cm3 - in the amount of 10.67% by weight, • quartz sand, grain size 0-2 mm and bulk density 2.2 g / cm3 in the amount of 73.33% by weight. - component B - granite flour filler, preferably with a bulk density of 1.106 g / cm3 and a particle diameter of 0.08 ± 0.06 mm in an amount of 9.10% by weight. The ready-to-use mortar is prepared in such a way that 20% by weight of tap water is then added to the mixture of the two components A and B using a rotary agitator. The dry components A and B. The components A and B are further mixed with the water until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. The temperature of components A, B during mixing was 21 ± 2oC.
